1. Multi-Tenant Data Isolation

At LexDoc IQ, we treat your firm's case records with elite security. All inputted provider feedback, vote metrics, attorney reviews, and private case files are strictly isolated using unique multi-tenant database indexing. Your firm's internal directory opinions are never shared with competing organizations.

2. Encryption Standards

All transaction data, authentication sessions, and API tokens are secured using industry-standard transport layer security (TLS 1.3) and encrypted at rest using AES-256 protocols. Account passwords are protected using industry-standard one-way hashing algorithms.

3. Zero Patient Health Information (PHI) Storage

LexDoc IQ is engineered strictly to evaluate and rank medical specialists. The system does not store or process medical records, patient intake charts, or diagnostic imagery containing Protected Health Information (PHI). We strongly enforce a zero-PHI policy across all public and private case notes.

4. State Privacy Compliance

We operate in strict alignment with California privacy laws and federal database security recommendations. LexDoc IQ does not sell subscriber metrics or usage analytics to advertising networks or third-party marketing organizations.

5. Security Audits & Logs

Every database change request, license verification, and user access event is logged permanently to provide clean security audit logs for enterprise IT admins.
